Carroll Community College released images today of a suspect in yesterday’s indecent exposure in the K-building’s café area.
The photos, released by Chief of Public Safety and Security Wayne Livesay, document a white male wearing black shorts, a black shirt, and black tennis shoes with light-colored soles.
A subsequent press release reveals that a man fitting this description approached a female on the patio outside of the café. He then asked her for the time.
He explained he was deaf before running towards the wooded area near the YMCA. Shortly thereafter, the memo claims that the individual returned with unzipped shorts and fully exposed genitals. He repeated his request for the time, before again running towards the wooded area near the YMCA.
In the investigation that followed, security found that approximately 25 minutes prior to the above events, a man of similar description ran behind several female joggers from the YMCA and asked for the time. After one of the joggers told the joggers the time, he stopped running and departed in a different direction.
The Carroll County Sherriff’s office has not informed Security of any related cases, though they have been notified of the event.
Anyone with further information regarding this event or the man depicted in the above photographs is urged to contact Carroll security.
